Each day, I write down something I am grateful or thankful for that day. I like this idea. It helps me to focus on the positive things each day. Which I hope, in turn and time, will teach me to let go of the negatives.
Sometimes I am grateful for the things I have or things I don’t have. And sometimes I am grateful on behalf of those around me. But always positive.
The idea is to write something down each day and then, at the end of the year, you read through them. I like the idea of looking back over the year.
Very, very soon, I hope to be grateful for being back out on the canal in my running shoes. I can feel it coming. I am almost there!
